洗车机旋转结构加装固定装置的可行性分析

摘要 洗车机是地铁车辆段内的重要设备,是保障地铁列车清洁的唯一设备。洗车机旋转结构在大风天气时容易出现异常转动,因此急需对旋转结构增加固定装置。对加装的固定装置用Creo3.0m020软件模拟10级大风时固定装置的受力情况,分析受力结果后得出加装的固定装置在10级大风来临时能够发挥固定的作用。因此加装的固定装置有效,从而验证洗车机旋转结构加装固定装置的可行性。 Car washing machine is an important equipment in the metro depot and the only equipment to ensure the cleaning of metro trains. The rotating structure of car washing machine is prone to abnormal rotation in windy weather, so it is urgent to add fixed devices to the rotating structure.Creo3.0 m020 software was used to simulate the force of the fixed device in the wind of force 10. After analyzing the stress results, it was concluded that the fixed device can play a fixed role when the wind of force 10 comes. The fixed device installed is effective, so as to verify the feasibility of installing fixed device in the rotating structure of car washing machine.
