摘要
通过对三节臂快装塔机的受力情况进行分析,设计了其平衡重的计算方法。使用ANSYS软件对快装塔机的工况进行了建模仿真分析,得到的钢丝绳拉力、塔身轴向力和弯矩与计算分析的结果基本相符,验证了该平衡重计算方法的正确性,为更快捷、准确地确定快装塔机平衡重提供理论依据。
Through the analysis of the three arms quick loading tower crane' s force situation, the method of balances weight calculation was designed. The working conditions of quick loading tower crane were modeling and simulated by ANSYS software, with capturing the rope pull,the tower axial force and moment according with the calculation result above, which proved the method was reasonable. It provided a theoretical basis for determining the balances weight of quick loading crane tower quickly and accurately.
