摘要
目的 探讨三维适形放疗（3D-CRT）联合紫杉醇单药每周化疗治疗老年非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）的临床疗效。方法 选取2014年1月-2016年1月我院收治的68例NSCLC老年患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组行3D-CRT联合紫杉醇每周化疗,对照组行单纯3D-CRT治疗,观察两组治疗的不良反应及治疗结束2周后的疗效。结果 观察组治疗有效率85.3%显著高于对照组的52.9%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,但观察组患者的毒副反应发生率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 3D-CRT联合紫杉醇单药每周化疗治疗老年NSCLC具有较好的疗效,虽然毒副反应也有所增加,但尚在患者耐受范围之内。
Objective To explore the clinical curative effects of three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy （3D-CRT） combined with paclitaxel alone in the weekly chemotherapy of elderly non-small cell lung cancer（NSCLC）. Methods 68 elderly patients with NSCLC who were admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were selected as re- search subjects. They were randomly assigned to the observation group and the control group. The observation group was given 3D-CRT combined with paclitaxel for weekly chemotherapy, and the control group was given CD-CRT alone for the treatment. Adverse reactions of the treatment and the curative effects 2 weeks after the end of treatment were observed in the two groups. Results The effective rate in the observation group was 85.3%, significantly higher than that of 52.9% in the control group（P〈0.05）, but the incidence rate of toxic and adverse reactions in the patients in the experiment group was higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion 3D-CRT combined with paclitaxel alone in the weekly chemotherapy of elderly NSCLC has favorable curative effects. Although the toxic and adverse re- actions are more common, it is still within patients＂ tolerance range.
