摘要
目的:应用生化指标对参加备战全运会的400 m栏项目运动员进行训练监控。方法:以参加备战全运会的3名安徽省田径队运动员为研究对象,应用血乳酸指标对不同训练负荷及比赛后的血乳酸值进行监测。结果:1)BLA对有氧、混氧代谢的负荷确定效果较好;2)BLA对运动员无氧乳酸代谢能力训练负荷的能有效监控;3)对照400 m跑后最大BLA,可较为准确地评价运动员400 m栏专项能力和训练强度。
Objective: To monitor the training of 400m hurdle athletes who are preparing for the national games by the application of biochemical index. Methods: Taking the three track and field athletes in Anhui Province who are preparing for the national games as the research object, the values of BLA after competition and different load training were monitored through the application of BLA. Results: 1) BLA does have positive effect on aerobic and mixed oxygen metabolism; 2) BLA can monitor the athletes' lactic anaerobic metabolism ability training load effectively; 3) The special skills and training intensity can be assessed accurately by comparing the maximum values of BLA after 400m race.
