摘要
目的：研究补肾调肝方对肾虚肝郁型不孕患者机体内环境及妊娠率的影响。方法：收集2013年1月~2015年5月期间我院妇科收治的76例肾虚肝郁型不孕不育患者,将其抽签随机分为对照组和观察组,两组各38例。对照组给予常规西药枸橼酸氯米芬治疗,观察组给予中药补肾调肝方治疗,均持续治疗3个月后观察两组临床治疗总有效率、中医证候积分、血清激素及子宫内膜厚度变化,随访比较两组妊娠率情况。结果：（1）观察组治疗总有效率94.74%较对照组78.95%高,差异显著（P〈0.05）;（2）观察组治疗后中医症状积分（6.7±2.8）分别较治疗前（22.6±4.1）分、对照组治疗后（9.2±3.2）分低,均差异显著（P〈0.05）;（3）观察组治疗后血清激素雌二醇（E2）、促卵泡生成素（FSH）及内膜厚度分别较治疗前、对照组治疗后优,均差异显著（P〈0.05）;（4）治疗后随访6个月,观察组妊娠率41.67%较对照组16.67%高,差异显著（P〈0.05）。结论：补肾调肝方能有效缓解肾虚肝郁型不孕不育患者的临床症状,改善血清激素和子宫内膜厚度,对提高受孕妊娠效果较为显著。
Objective： To study the effect of Bushen Tiaogan Recipe on internal environment and pregnancy rate of patients with infertility due to kidney deficiency and liver stagnation. Methods： 76 patients with infertility due to kidney deficiency and liver stagnation treated in the department of gynecology of our hospital from January 2013 to May 2015 were collected,they were divided by random lot method into controlled group and observation group（ each group had 38cases）. The controlled group was given conventional western medicine clomiphene citrate treatment,the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine of Bushen Tiaogan Recipe for treatment,two groups were given sustainable treatment for 3months. Total effective rate of clinical treatment,integral of TCM symptoms,serum hormone and changes of endometrial thickness in the two groups were observed,all patients were followed up to compare pregnancy rate in the two groups. Results：（ 1） Total effective rate of the observation group was94. 74%,which was significantly higher than the controlled group（ 78. 95%）（ P〈0. 05）;（ 2） Integral of TCM symptoms in theobservation group after the treatment（ 6. 7 ± 2. 8） scores were significantly lower than that before the treatment scores（ 22. 6 ±4. 1） and the controlled group after the treatment scores（ 9. 2 ± 3. 2）（ P〈0. 05）;（ 3） Serum hormone estradiol（ E2）,follicle stimulating hormone（ FSH） and endometrial thickness in the observation group after the treatment were significantly better than those before the treatment and the controlled group after the treatment（ P〈0. 05）;（ 4） Follow-ups of 6months showed that pregnancy rate in the observation group（ 41. 67%） was significantly higher than the controlled group（ 16. 67%）（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion： Bushen Tiaogan Recipe can relieve clinical symptoms of patients with infertility due to kidney deficiency and liver stagnation effectively,improve serum hormone and endometrial thickness,can improve
