摘要
电子商务的发展对农产品流通带来了深刻的影响,流通观念发生变化,更加专业化,流通环节大大减少,流通成本降低。但还存在着农业信息服务体系薄弱、农村电商人才缺乏、物流体系不足等问题,政府应当发挥宏观指导与规划作用,加强立法和信息基础设施建设,加快电商人才的培养,加大物流体系的建设。
