摘要
农产品批发市场是我国农产品流通的主渠道和中心环节。近年来出现的农产品价格波动、农产品质量安全问题暴露出我国农产品批发市场公益性的缺失,因此中央文件多次强调要建设一批非营利性农产品批发市场。这明确了公益性建设是农产品批发市场发展的重要方向。根据公益性批发市场建设资金来源不同渠道和相应特点,建立了公益性农产品批发市场建设资金效率评价体系,最终发现政府采取回收回购部分股权的方式是效率最高的,从而为我国公益性批发市场建设资金选择的最佳途径提供了依据。
