帕罗西汀与舒肝解郁胶囊治疗帕金森病伴抑郁的对比研究 被引量：6

摘要 目的比较舒肝解郁胶囊与帕罗西汀治疗帕金森病并发抑郁的效果。方法 78例帕金森病并发抑郁患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组39例。对照组采用帕罗西汀治疗,试验组采用舒肝解郁胶囊治疗。观察两组临床疗效。结果试验组治疗总有效率(97.4%)明显高于对照组(76.9%)(P<0.01)。试验组患者1、2、4、6、8周末的评分均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在帕金森病并发抑郁患者的诊治中应从中医角度进行辨证分析,应用中成药舒肝解郁胶囊可显著降低患者的抑郁指数,从根本病机出发,避免抑郁的再次发生,临床应广泛推广。
