摘要
抑郁症有高患病率、高自残率、高复发率、高死亡率的特点,是一类严重危害人类身心健康的疾病。在抗抑郁治疗后,临床上常用汉密尔顿抑郁量表来评价治疗是否有效。随着新技术的发展、研究的深入、新型检测手段的出现,使找到一个更加客观、更加特异地评价抑郁疗效的检查方式成为可能。目前对于抑郁症治疗前后疗效的评价,研究者们研究了治疗前后量表、细胞因子、脑电信号、脑磁图、功能磁共振、弥散张量成像、脑局部血流量、葡萄糖代谢、神经受体等多方面的改变,得到不同的评价结果。本研究就目前抑郁患者治疗前后疗效的不同评价方法进行综述。
Depression has high prevalence,high self-mutilation,high recurrence rate,high mortality,do harm to human health seriously.After antidepressant treatment,we usually use Hamilton depression scale to assess whether the treat-ment is effective.With the development of new technology,in-depth research and the appearance of new testing method, it is possible to find a more objective and specific evaluation method for the depression patient.At present,for the eval-uation of the efficacy before and after treatment,researchers have studied the change of scale,cytokines,EEG,MEG, functional MRI,diffusion tensor imaging,cerebral blood flow,glucose metabolism and the receptor imaging.The study re-views the different evaluation methods of curative effect before and after treatment for patients with depression.
