摘要
为了提高干道的协调控制效果,最大化疏解干道的交通流,提出基于交通疏解的干道协调控制模型。以各个路段绿波带宽的最大为模型的目标,通过时距图,分析上、下游路口间的关系,获得约束条件。结合目标函数和各约束条件,建立基于交通疏解干道协调控制模型。研究结果表明:基于LINGO软件,可优化求解该模型的流程;并利用上、下行红灯中心点偏差,可优化路口的相位相序。案例结果表明:该模型适用于左、右转车流较大以及路段流量差异大的干道。通过道路的浮动车数据和监控视频,验证了该模型能最大化地疏散干道的车流、缓解干道的交通拥堵。
In order to improve the control effect of the coordination of the road and the maximum road traffic flow, the arterial coordinated control model is proposed based on the traffic organization. Taken the maximum green wave bandwidth o{ each section as the goal and through analyzing the relationship between upstream and downstream in- tersection, the constraints of the model are obtained by the space-time diagram,so the arterial coordinated control model based on traffic organization is built combined with the objective function and the constraint condition. More over the process to solve the model based on the LINGO software and the method of optimizing the phase sequence by the uplink and downlink red light center deviation are explained. The result shows that the model is suitable for the arterial whose left and right turn traffic volumes are large and each section volume is different, and the model is verified that it can maximize the evacuation road traffic and alleviate the traffic congestion road by the float car data and the surveillance video.
