摘要
为有效辅助工业设计师进行工程机械配色设计,将色彩心理效应引入配色设计过程,提出了色彩心理"轻-重"、"冷-暖"和"软-硬"等选色算法,并生成配色样本,基于交互式遗传算法的工程机械配色设计求解方法,以方案满意度和共识度构建适应度函数。以剪式升降机的配色设计为例,验证了该方法有助于缩小工程机械配色设计求解空间,提高配色设计效率和方案满意度。
To effectively help industrial designers with construction machinery color design, the psychological effects of color were introduced into the process of color design. Considering the color psychology of light-heavy, cold-warmand soft-hard, three color selection algorithms were proposed, with which color samples were generated according to initial color schemes given by industrial designers. Based on interactive genetic algorithms, fitness function comprised of satisfaction and consensus of a color scheme was constructed for searching optimal construction machinery color schemes. Finally, scissor lift was taken as an example to verify that the proposed method can reduce the solution space of construction machinery color designand improve the efficiencyand satisfaction with the color schemes.
