摘要
目的：研究腰椎间盘突出症（腰间盘突出）患者配合针对性护理的效果。方法选取2013年3月-2014年4月于我院就诊的腰间盘突出患者共102例，分为对照组与观察组，比较两组护理效果。结果观察组总有效率96.1%高于对照组78.4%。因此，观察组优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对腰间盘突出患者采取针对性护理方式，能缓解患者痛苦，建立良好医患关系。
Objective To study the effect of the lumbar disc herniation were treated with targeted nursing.Methods From March 2013 to April 2014 in our hospital for treatment of lumbar disc herniation in patients with a total of 102 cases,were divided into control group and observation group,compared two groups of nursing effect.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.1% higher than that of the control group 78.4%,the difference is statisticaly significant（P〈0.05）.ConclusionOn lumbar disc herniation patients take pertinence nursing can aleviate the suffering of patients,establish a good doctor-patient relationship.
