摘要
目的探讨青少年腰椎间盘突出症的发病原因，观察手法治疗和针对性护理的有效性。方法选取2000--2007年本科室收治的120例外伤致腰椎间盘突出症患者为研究对象，采用冯氏脊柱定点旋转复位法进行治疗，同时对其采用针对性护理模式进行护理，后对结果进行观察研究。结果经治疗护理后，120例患者中痊愈106例，好转12例，无效2例，总有效率达到98．3％。结论采用冯氏脊柱定点旋转复位法结合针对性护理对于外伤致青少年腰椎间盘突出症效果较好，值得临床推广应用。
Objective To study the etiology of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion in the adolescent,and observe the efficacy of the manipulation and pertinent nursing. Methods A total of 120 patients with protrusion of lumber intervertebral disc in our department were selected as research objects from the year of 2000 to 2007, then they were treated with a huge herniated mass by FENG Tian-you spinal manipulation. At the same time, they were taken care with pertinent nursing. Finally the results were observed and analyzed. Results After the treatment and nursing ,106 patients got recovery, 12 patients got improvement and 2 patients were of no effect . The total effective rate was 98.3%. Conclusions The effect of lumbar disk herniation with a huge herniated mass by FENG Tian-you spinal manipulation combined with pertinent nursing in the adolescent is better, and it worthy of popularization and application.
