空冷器螺旋盘管参数对换热和压降影响分析 被引量:1

摘要 针对矿井降温用螺旋盘管空冷器的结构特点,首次提出了完整的传热和压降计算方法,并对常用的400 k W空冷器进行优化设计。试验测试证明,采用该计算方法设计的换热器的换热性能满足要求,壳侧空气流通阻力和管内水的实测流动阻力分别比计算值平均高出14.4%和6.9%,根据试验测试结果,提出了提高设计精度的方法。 In view of the structure characteristics of helical-coil tubes air cooler for mine cooling application, the complete calculation methods of heat transfer and pressure drop is put forward for the first time, and the commonly used 400 kW air cooler is optimized design. Test proved that heat exchange capacity of the heat exchanger designed meet the requirement, the air flow resistance and water of flow resistance is higher than the average calculated value of 14.4% and 6.9% respectively, according to the test results, a method to improve the design accuracy is put forward.
