摘要
目的分析讨论聚髌器与克氏针张力带治疗老年髌骨粉碎性骨折的临床效果。方法选取2010年5月—2015年5月期间诊治的老年髌骨粉碎性骨折患者80例,分为2组,对照组40例患者接受克氏针张力带治疗,观察组40例患者接受聚髌器治疗,比较2组患者的手术效果及术后并发症发生率。结果两组患者经过系统治疗后,临床症状基本得到改善,观察组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、伤口愈合时间及住院时间都较对照组少,观察组的并发症发病率为15.00%,对照组的并发症发生率为42.50%,均具有显著差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于老年髌骨粉碎性骨折患者应用聚髌器治疗,可有效缩短手术时间及并发症的发生,临床效果更佳。
Objective To compare the clinical effects of Niti-patellar concentrator with Kirschner wire in treatment of aged comminuted patella fracture. Methods Eighty aged patients with comminuted patella fracture treated in our hospital between May 2010 and May 2015 were selected. Forty patients were manged with Kirschner wire （control group） , and the other were treated with Niti-patellar concentrator （experiment group）. The therapeutic effects and prevalences of postoperative complications were compared between two groups. Results The clinical symptoms were improved in both groups after treatment.The operation time, volume of blood loss during operation, wound healing time and length of hospital stay in experiment group were significantly shorter or smaller than those in control group （P〈 0.05） , and the prevalence of complications in experiment group was significantly lower than that in control group （15.00% vs. 42.50%, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Niti-patellar concentrator can shorten the operation time and reduce the prevalence of complications in treatment of aged comminuted patella fracture, and can yield better clinical effect.
