摘要
目的探讨改良中空拉力螺钉微创治疗髌骨骨折的临床效果。方法选取2010年9月~2012年9月本站收治的髌骨骨折患者140例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各70例。所有患者均行微创手术治疗,观察组采用改良中空拉力螺钉治疗,对照组采用改良张力带钢丝治疗,随访7~20个月,观察两组患者的治疗效果及并发症。结果观察组的骨折愈合率为100%,对照组为98.6%,两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组的优良率为98.6%,对照组为87.1%,观察组的优良率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论改良中空拉力螺钉微创治疗髌骨骨折的临床效果显著,优于采用改良张力钢丝治疗,且手术操作简单,患者术后恢复快,值得推广。
Objective To explore clinical effect of modified hollow tension screw in minimal invasive treatment of patellar fracture. Methods 140 patients with patellar fracture were selected and randomly divided into the obaervation group (n=70) and the control group (n=70) in our hospital from September 2010 to September 2012.All of patients were given minimal invasive treatment,the observation group was treated with modified hollow tension screw while the control group was treated with modifed tension band wire,patients were followec^o for 7-20 months,treatment effect and complications of the two groups were observed. Results The fracture healiL rate of the observation group was 100%,while that of in the control group was 98.6%,and there was no statistical difference between the two groups (P〉 0.05);the excellent and good rate (98.6%) of the observation group was obviously higher than that (87.1%) in the con- trol group (P〈0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of modified hollow tension screw in minimal invasive treatment of patellar fracture is significant,and it is better than modified tension band wire.Its operation is simpe,patients are recu- perating fast after surgery and it is worthy of promotion.
