摘要
目的:探讨300km徒步马拉松活动对大学生生命意义及目标追求的影响,以期在理论上丰富长距离、长时间马拉松运动心理效益的研究。方法:采用生命意义量表,目标追求的入世、出世心理量表进行问卷调查,实验组被试来自全国10所高校的50名参赛队员,对照组被试招募北京大学户外运动课程选修者40人。结果 300km徒步马拉松活动可以促进大学生积极的人生意义体验以及人生意义寻求(协方差分析P值分别为P=.022,P=.000),进而对其生命意义产生积极影响。此外,还可以促进大学生的拼搏精神以及平常心(P值分别为P=.008,P=.007),但是对其在乎结果与低要求维度没有影响(P值分别为P=.355,P=.621)。结论:长距离、长时间的山间徒步马拉松活动可以提升大学生对其生命意义的感知,促进其积极的目标追求,并以平常心对待目标追求的结果。
Objective: To explore effects of 300 kilometers Marathon on meaning of life and goal pursuit of college students,study on the psychological benefits of long distance and long time Marathon in theory. Methods:The investigation used the Chinese Meaning of Life Questionnaire and Attachment and Detachment in Goal Striving Scale,the experimental group was tested among 50 participants from ten colleges and universities nationwide,the control group was tested among 40 students who were recruited from the outdoor exercise course of Beijing University. Results: It was found that 300 kilometers Marathon activities can promote positive search for and presence of meaning of life( analysis of covariance P =. 008; P =. 007),and then have a positive impact on the meaning of life. In addition,300 kilometers Marathon activities can also promote their spirit of hard struggle,as well as normal mentality( P =. 008; P =. 007),but can't affect cares about results and low standards dimension( P =. 355,P =. 621). Conclusion: The Marathon activities with long distance and long time can enhance students' perception of meaning of life,promote their goal pursuit positively,and deal with the results of goal pursuit with a normal mentality.
