摘要
介绍了电子束技术在锆及其合金领域上的研究进展,讨论了锆及其合金的制备工艺,及其经电子束表面处理后的组织形貌及性能的变化,并从电子束焊接、吸氢效应、ZrO_2薄膜这三个方面来阐述锆及其合金经电子束处理后在工业领域中的应用。
The research progress of electron beam technology in the field of zirconium and its alloys was introduced. The preparation process of zirconium and its alloys was discussed. The surface morphology and properties change of zirconium and its alloy after electron beam treatment were also discussed. The industrial application of zirconium and its alloy after electron beam treatment was elaborated from three aspects such as electron beam welding, hydrogen effect and ZrO2 thin films.
