摘要术后认知功能障碍（postoperative cognitive dysfunction，POCD）是重大手术术后常见的中枢神经系统并发症，多见于老年手术患者。近年来随着我国人口老龄化进程的加快，老年手术患者的比例日益增加，POCD已引起社会的日益关注。POCD的早期发现、早期诊断和早期干预对于改善患者预后具有重要意义，因此POCD的术前预测成为近年研究的热点。
