摘要
以某地下铲运机驾驶室的翻车保护结构(ROPS)为研究对象,采用非线性有限元分析方法仿真了ROPS试验的侧向、垂向及纵向加载过程,得到各方向的载荷-位移曲线。根据国际标准ISO 3471:2008对该装置进行了测试,并与有限元分析结果进行了对比。结果表明,该有限元分析方法能够较合理地预测ROPS在各方向承载时的变形规律。此外,分析了试验结果与有限元分析结果之间偏差产生的原因,指出了该ROPS的相对薄弱处,为该类地下铲运机ROPS的结构设计及优化提供了依据。
Taking the roll-over protective structure(ROPS) for the lab of a underground load-haul-dump(LHD) as the research object, the paper applied nonlinear finite element analysis(FEA) method to simulate the lateral, vertical and longitudinal loading process of ROPS test, and obtained each load-displacement curve. In addition, the ROPS was tested according to international standard ISO 3471: 2008, and the test results was contrasted with FEA results. The contrast showed the FEA method reasonably predicted the deformation laws of the ROPS on loading at each direction. Meanwhile, the paper analyzed the cause of the error between the above two, and indicated the weak location of the ROPS. The study offered reference for the structural design and optimization of the ROPS of the underground LHD.
