摘要
为了掌握大型装载机翻车保护结构(ROPS)的设计方法和力学特性,以弹塑性力学理论为基础,运用ANSYS建立了大型轮式装载机ROPS的非线性有限元模型。按照国际标准ISO 3471:1994对ROPS的性能要求进行了有限元分析,并对已设计好的ROPS进行台架试验。试验结果表明,应用弹塑性力学理论和非线性有限元分析方法对大型装载机ROPS进行理论计算是合理的。
In order to master the design methods and the mechanical properties of the roll-over protective structure (ROPS) for large loaders, a nonlinear finite element model of ROPS for large loaders is set up using ANSYS based on the theory of elastic-plastic mechanics. The performances of the ROPS are analyzed according to the international standard ISO3471:1994, and then, the bench test is carried out to verify the designed ROPS. The test results show that it is reasonable to theoretically calculate the ROPS for large loaders using the theory of elastic-plastic mechanics and the method of nonlinear FEA.
