摘要 新媒体作为不断发展的数字化互动工具,具有话语权力"再中心化"过程中的有限传播和网络狂欢状态下集群行为的在场性缺席的特征。富裕的媒介环境下,新媒体空间内具有后现代主义文化影响下的过度消费、虚拟社会与现实社会的表象融合和不确定事实的强化与被强化的官民对立等问题,构建中国特色多元治理主体结构、建立移动互联扁平化的互动传播方式、引入公民新闻长效机制成为新媒体环境下社会治理的有效对策。 New- media which have been developing as the digital interactive tools are characterized by the limited communication during the recentralization of power of discourse and the present absence of collective behavior in the carnivalization of network. Under the abundant media environment,the new- media space is filled with such problems as the excess consumption caused by the influence of postmodernism,the superficial mixture of fictitious community and actual society,the opposition between officials and people,etc. It is the effecfive countermeasures of social governance under the new media environment to build multiple governance subject structure with Chinese characteristics,establish a mode of interactive communication that is mobile and equal,and introduce the long- term mechanism of citizen journalism.
