振动排痰机联合拍背预防老年患者坠积性肺炎的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨体外振动排痰机联合翻身拍背预防老年患者坠积性肺炎的效果。方法将300例老年患者按人院单、双日分为对照组和治疗组,各150例。对照组给予翻身拍背预防坠积性肺炎,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予体外振动排痰机排痰治疗预防坠积性肺炎。观察两组每天吸痰的次数、量、使用抗菌素的天数和肺部感染率。结果治疗组抗菌素使用天数为(7.39±1.41)d,对照组为(11.09±1.95)d,差异有统计学意义(t=12.70,P〈0.05);治疗组坠积性肺炎的发生率为3.33%,对照组为10.00%,差异有统计学意义(疋。=5.36,P〈0.05)。结论体外振动排痰机联合翻身拍背可有效预防老年患者坠积性肺炎的发生,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To investigate the effect of extra-somatic vibration sputum elimination machine combined with backslapping in preventing elderly patients from hypostatic pneumonia. Methods Three hundred elderly patients were assigned to a control group and a treatment group according to the odd-or-even day they were hospitalized, 150 cases for each group. To prevent hypostatic pneumonia, the control group were given backslapping and in addition, the treatment group were given sputum excretion therapy with extra-somatic vibration sputum elimination machine. The times and volume of aspiration of sputum, the time using antibiotics, and the pulmonary infection rate of these two groups were observed. Results The time using antibiotics was (7.39±1.41) d in the treatment group and (11.09±1.95) d in the control group, with a statistical difference (t=-12.70, P〈0.05). The incidence of hypostatic pneumonia was 3.33% in the treatment group and 10.00% in the control group, with a statistical difference (X 2=5.36, P〈0.05). Conclusions Extra-somatic vibration sputum elimination machine combined with backslapping can effective prevent elderly patients from hypostatic pneumonia, so it is worth being clinically generalized.
