摘要
目的:探讨体外振动排痰机在机械通气患者中的应用效果和对护理人员劳累程度的影响。方法:选取64例行机械通气患者随机分为对照组和观察组,其中对照组32例,观察组32例。对照组采用常规翻身拍背叩击排痰方法,观察组在对照组的基础上使用了体外振动排痰机排痰。观察2组皮下出血发生例数、呼吸机治疗时间、住ICU时间以及护理人员平均劳累程度。结果:观察组呼吸机治疗时间、住ICU时间、皮下出血发生例数以及护理人员平均劳累程度均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01或0.05)。结论:使用体外振动排痰机可减少相关并发症、呼吸机治疗时间、降低护理人员工作强度。
Objective： To explore the effect of vibrating sputum evacuation device on patients with mechanical ventilation and the impact of the degree of fatigue on nursing staff. Methods： 64 patients with mechanical ventilation were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,32 in each. The control group was treated with conventional method： rotating patients and clapping the back. The observation group was treated with conventional method ＋ vibrating sputum evacuation. The two groups were compared in terms of the incidence of subcutaneous bleeding,the mechanical ventilation time,ICU hospital stay and the average level of fatigue in the nursing staff. Results： Compared with the control group,the incidence of subcutaneous bleeding,the mechanical ventilation time,ICU hospital stay and the average level of fatigue in the nursing staff in the observation group were lower. The difference was statistically significant.（ P 0. 01 or 0. 05）. Conclusion： Application of vibrating sputum evacuation device could reduce the incidence of related complication,the mechanical ventilation time and working intensity of nursing staff.
