摘要 药物作用机制的研究是药物研发的重要组成部分,具有重要意义。基因组学、转录组学、蛋白质组学和代谢组学等组学研究方法近年来已经被应用到药物作用机制研究中。本文列举了这4种组学方法在抗感染药物作用机制和抗肿瘤药物作用机制等研究中的具体应用。 Mechanism elucidation is of great significance to drug discovery. Understanding how lead compounds or drug candidates work early in drug development process can not only improve the success rates but also facilitate the discovery of potential targets and drugs. However, it remains a "bottleneck" in drug development, lacking perfect technologies. The concept of "omics" has revolutionized our way of pharmacological study by offering overall insight into drug effects and global analysis tools. The "omics" approaches, including genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics et al., are increasingly being applied to mechanism elucidation. Here we reviewed some applications of various "omics" methods in the mechanism of action studies for anti-infective drugs and antitumor drugs.
