摘要
运用中医藏象理论可有效指导临床辨证论治,并为认知临床复杂现象和组织器官功能联系提供了新的视域,但现代医学对中医藏象理论依然缺乏系统认知。基于正常组织器官的基因表达谱构建人体组织器官功能图,为认识人体组织器官功能联系提供了新的证据,也为系统认知中医藏象理论提供了线索。利用中医藏象理论解读组织器官功能联系中难以解释的现象,为现代医学认知中医藏象理论提供了切入点,同时为中医藏象理论研究提供了新的方法和思路。
Using Chinese medicine theory of visceral manifestations could effectively guide clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment,as well as provide new view for understanding the clinical complex phenomena and tissue-organ functional connection. However,modern medicine lacks systematic understanding on Chinese medicine theory of visceral manifestations. Based on gene expression profiles of normal tissues and organs,functional diagram of human tissues and organs is constructed,which provides new proof for understanding human tissue-organ functional connection and provides clues for systematically understanding Chinese medicine theory of visceral manifestations.Using Chinese medicine theory of visceral manifestations to understand the phenomenon（ which is difficult to explain）in tissue-organ functional connection provides the entry point for modern medicine understanding Chinese medicine theory of visceral manifestations. Meanwhile,it provides a new method and idea for research on Chinese medicine theory of visceral manifestations.
