摘要
本文对BF1-110型频率继电器的触点屡次烧损故障,经过检查相关元件,根据现场故障现象,通过反复试验和全面分析,针对跳闸铁心动作异常,分解后发现内部存有油泥状粘稠物,以及频率继电器触点容量不够,从而确定了频率继电器被烧的原因和改进措施,为从事该项工作的检修技术人员提供了来自现场的第一手经验参考。
In view of repeated burns on contact spot of Frequency BFI-llO Relay, based on its failure appearance, by examining relative component, conducting repetitive tests, and making comprehensive analysis, this paper focuses on the abnormity in the act of tripped iron core. With a thought given to the grease-like sticky things found inside the core and the insufficient capacity in the relay contact spot, the reason and improvement measures for the burns are finalized, providing a first-hand reference for technical repairmen in this field.
