摘要
在簧片式继电器中,簧片作为一种柔性体,易发生耦合共振,造成继电器工作可靠性下降。该文根据梁弯曲理论建立触簧系统振动分析模型,对触簧系统的固有振动参数进行数值计算。在考虑实际振动条件下,选择Bathe复合时间积分算法进行有限元实例仿真分析,得到了簧片的固有振动特性。通过振动试验结果与仿真数据的对比,证明该文的分析方法具有较准确的固有振动特性求解能力,并可为相关低压电器的固有振动特性研究和结构优化提供一定的参考。
Reed as a flexible body is prone to coupling resonance,which leads to the decline of operation reliability in reed relay.In this paper,a vibration analysis model of contact spring system is proposed based on beam bending theory,and the natural vibration parameters of contact spring system are calculated numerically.The composite time integration algorithm of Bathe is selected considering the actual vibration conditions,and the natural vibration characteristics of the spring are obtained.At last,the comparison between the vibration test results and the simulation data verifies the accuracy of the solving ability for natural vibration characteristics,which can provide a reference for studying low-voltage electrical appliances of structural optimization.
