摘要
大学是一个特殊的学术组织,学术权力是大学组织的重要力量,是保障学术自由的有效途径。目前,民办高校对学术权力重视程度不足,存在着行政权力泛化造成的学术权力边缘化、薄弱化和行政化等问题。彰显学术权力,是民办高校完善内部治理的重要路径。
University is a special academic organization,and academic power is an important force in university organization and an effectively way to guarantee academic freedom. At present,non-governmental institutions of higher learning pay insufficient attention to academic power and there exist problems of academic power being marginalized,weakened and administrated due to the proliferation of administrative power. Highlighting academic power is an important path to improve internal management for nongovernmental institutions of higher learning.
