摘要
目的从利益相关者角度出发,调查医疗联合体成员医院员工的利益诉求,为医联体的有效运行提供理论依据。方法通过深度访谈及问卷调查了解医联体7个成员医院209名员工的利益诉求,使用因子分析和配对t检验对有效数据进行归纳分析。结果成员医院员工对医联体的利益诉求可以归纳成4个因子,按照其关注程度依次为工作待遇及环境诉求因子、个人提升发展期望因子、归属感期望因子、民主管理期望因子。结论满足医联体成员医院员工工资待遇及工作环境诉求,为其提供个人发展空间,增加其归属感,实施民主管理有利于提高医联体的运行效率。
Objective To provide reference for promoting effective operation of regional union through the investigation of the interest claims of staffs in the member hospitals from the perspective of stakeholders. Methods The investigation was undertaken through questionnaires and in-depth interviews of 209 employees in the 7 member hospitals of the regional medical union. The factor analysis and paired t-test were applied in the data analysis and sununary. Results The em- ployees were mostly concerned about 4 factors, including wages and working eonditions, personal development opportu- nity, a sense of belonging, democratic management respectively. Conclusion Such measures as improving the welfare and work conditions, offering chances for personal development, enhancing the sense of ownership and implementing democratic management are helpful to arouse the enthusiasm of the employees in the member hospitals of regional medical union.
