摘要
医疗卫生资源是人们维护健康的物质基础,其合理配置是卫生事业可持续发展的基础。但由于各国地区间经济实力、人口分布、文化教育、地理、交通条件等发展不平衡以及其他特殊因素,会导致区域间医疗卫生资源配置呈现差异化发展态势,这是医疗卫生领域不公平的重要体现。因此,研究并解决卫生资源配置区域间的差异化问题是卫生经济学研究的一项重要课题。国内外诸多学者围绕医疗卫生资源配置区域差异化问题展开大量研究,这些研究为进一步全面认识和探讨如何消除我国医疗卫生资源配置区域差异化问题,实现医疗卫生资源配置均等化提供了理论基础和经验借鉴。
Healthcare resources are the material basis of keeping people healthy and its rational allocation is the premise and foundation for the sustainable development of health. Different economic status, population distribution, education, geography, traffic conditions, and other factors could bring about regional difference and unfair allocation of health resources, which shows health inequality. Therefore, it is significantly important to study regional difference and fill the gap between different regions in healthcare resource allocation for our country. The academic world at home and abroad makes a lot of studies on how to understand and solve the problem of regional difference in healthcare resource allocation. Those studies contributed to providing the theory basis, references of methods and international experiences on heahhcare resource allocation so as to comprehensively recognize and discuss regional difference in heahhcare resource allocation in China.
