摘要
单点渐进成形是一种全新的板料塑性成形技术,它具有成形周期短的优点,同时还能够降低成本和新产品开发的风险。本文采用正交试验法分析了工具头半径、加工高度、成形角、进给速度对单点渐进成形件回弹的影响。结果表明:通过改变加工工艺参数可以有效地控制回弹量。经试验验证:采用负补偿的方法可以有效降低回弹量。
The single point incremental forming is a new sheet plastic forming technology. It has the advantages of short forming period. At the same time, it can also reduce the cost and the risk of new product development. Effects of tool head radius, processing height, forming angle and feed rate on the springback of single point incremental forming workpieces were analyzed by using orthogonal test. The results indicate that the springback can be effectively controlled by changing the process parameters. By experimental verification, using negative compensation method can effectively reduce the spingback.
