摘要
设计了一种基于改进遗传预估模糊PID的摄像整纬控制器。建立基于模糊PID的摄像整纬系统控制模型,采用自适应遗传算法进行模糊PID参数优化,引入Smith预估器对滞后特性进行动态补偿,实现了有效的纬斜矫正。实验结果表明,该控制器具有较好的动态响应特性,获得了理想的控制效果。
This paper presents a fuzzy PID control based on improved genetic optimization algorithm, and a weft camera controller is designed. First camera weft system control system is built based on fuzzy PID con- trol model, then using adaptive genetic algorithm for parameter optimization of fuzzy PID, introducing Smith estimation for dynamic compensation of the hysteresis, effective skew correction is implemented. Experimental results show that the controller has better dynamic response characteristics and obtain the ideal control effect.
