摘要
近年来,随着我国社会转型的不断加深,局部农村社会治安形势日趋严峻,加之我国警力不足的限制,仅凭公安机关一己之力难以有效的确保农村大局稳定。村干部作为农村自治组织的领军人,在维护农村社会治安中具有整合乡村权威、教育和引导村民行为、排解矛盾纠纷等作用。但是也存在许多问题,如治安意识缺乏、工作积极性偏低等。提升村干部的政治参与度和工资福利,建立和完善村干部的培训、激励、监督制约机制等,是提升村干部维护农村社会治安的重要途径。
In recent years,with the deepening of China＇s social transformation,local rural social security situation has become increasingly serious,combined with the limit of the inadequate in our country,and only by the public security organ alone is difficult to effectively ensure the stability in the countryside.Village cadres,as the leaders of rural autonomous organizations,play an important role in maintenance of rural social security,such as integrated rural authority,educate and guide the villagers behavior,etc.But there are also many problems,such as lack of awareness of public security work enthusiasm is low,etc.Therefore study how to increase of political participation and wages of village cadres,the establishment and improvement of the village cadres＇ training,incentive,supervision and restriction mechanism,etc,is an important way to increase the village cadres for rural social security.
