摘要
目前旅游体验研究缺乏对旅游者情感体验的聚焦,现有研究也多基于旅游者的事后回忆,而情感反应应该在旅游过程中测量才更为精准。基于社会心理学的日常经验研究方法(EEM),通过微信实时的对旅游者和非旅游者的情感体验进行连续追踪调查。对在假日中的国内旅游者情感进行了总体描述,并和非旅游者进行了对比。研究结果说明为旅游者创造一个愉快的假期结尾是非常重要的。
Previous studies lack a focus on the emotional experience of tourists.The few studies that do exist are based on tourists' memory after travelling,while emotional reaction is more precisely measured during travelling.This study is based on Everyday Experience Methods in social psychology.Using the cell phone application Wechat,the study conducts a survey of the emotional experience of tourists and non-tourists.This is the first attempt to provide a continuous description of the emotion of domestic travelers during the holiday.It is also a comparative study of tourists and non-tourists.It is suggested by this study that the industry of tourism in China should endeavor to create a happy end in holidays for tourists.
