大型聚会型活动的网络保障一直是移动运营商提升客户感知和展现品牌实力的重要途径,通过对聚会型活动场景下用户行为进行大数据分析,建立用户活动轨迹及业务需求变化模型,从而确定此类活动重点保障线路及保障时间节点,为精准化的网络保障方案提供支撑,大幅提升用户感知。
The network guarantee of large scale gatherings activities has always been an important way,in which the mobile operators enhance customer perception and improve the brand influence. User activity track and service demand model are established based on the analysis of mass user behavior data in gathering activities. So the important guarantee routes and time nodes are confirmed. It is helpful to make accurate network guarantee scheme and significantly enhance the user perception.
