微小核糖核酸对肾疾病的影响

摘要 微小核糖核酸(micro ribonucleic acid,miRNA)是一类保守的,内源性具有调控功能的非编码单链小分子核糖核酸(ribonucleic acid,RNA),长度约20~25个核苷酸(nuleotide,nt),通过介导靶mRNA降解或抑制靶基因翻译来调节靶基因的表达。研究证明,miRNAs参与细胞增殖与凋亡,造血和血管生成等各种生命过程的调节,但目前只有一小部分miRNAs生物学功能得到阐明。近期研究发现,miRNA能够调控多个基因位点,
