摘要
两栖农民退出土地潜在意愿转化为实际行动过程中,受多方面因素的影响。在河南省实地调研后发现三类因素——土地收入比重,政策得知途径、农村土地价值认识、处置农村土地方案,激励因素中的就业、医疗、住房因素和阻滞因素中的补偿金额、土地换房等都对两栖农民土地退出产生意愿显著影响,并分析各类因素在两栖农民土地退出决策中发挥的作用。
Various factors affect amphibious farmers in the process of parting their land from potential willingness into practical action. It found that three groups have significant impacts on amphibious farmers to exit their land amphibians in conducting field research of Henan. The first groups includes the proportion of land revenue, and the second groups includes way of promotion policies, realizing the value of rural land, rural, plans of dealing with land use right. The motivating factors in employment, health care, housing and hindering factors in compensation, replacing house property are third groups in the research..At last the article introduces the paths of amphibious farmers out of the land by the three groups.
