摘要
[目的/意义]对青海省太阳能产业发展态势进行全面分析,为其创新发展提供参考。[方法/过程]运用专利分析法对产业发展趋势、主要专利权人、主要技术领域、专利类型与法律状态进行分析;利用SWOT分析法梳理产业发展的影响因素。[结果/结论]青海省太阳能产业具有一定的技术积累和专利布局意识,专利布局涉及光伏和光热利用领域,产业链完整;但太阳能专利的总量少、质量偏低,技术创新能力不足,企业规模普遍偏小。
[Purpose/significance]The paper is to comprehensively analyze the development state of solar energy industry in Qing- hai, to provide reference for its innovative development. [Method/process]The paper uses patent analysis method to analyze develop- ment trends, main patentees, main technology fields, patent types and legal status, and uses SWOT analysis to analyze influential fac- tors of industrial development. [Result/conclusion^Solar energy industry in Qinghai Province has a certain technology accumulation and awareness of patent layout, its patent layout covers both fields of photovoltaic utilization and photo-thermal utilization, the industri- al chain is complete. However, its patent quantity is few and patent quality is low, technical innovation ability is insufficient, and scale of enterprises is small generally.
