摘要
分别从世界各国PCT国际专利申请总量、企业申请人的PCT申请量、高等院校申请人的PCT申请量以及主要技术领域的PCT申请量等方面分析2014年世界PCT国际专利的申请情况,总结出我国PCT专利申请特点并提出应对策略。
This paper analyzes the international PCT patent application respectively from PCT international applications number＇ s ranking of each country,company,university,and the main fields of technology in 2014. The paper sums up the characteristics of the PCT international application in China,and puts forward the strategies.
