摘要
采用HNO3-HCl O4湿法消解样品,火焰原子吸收法(FAAS)和电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES)测定糌粑中的4种微量元素。在仪器最佳工作条件下,FAAS法和ICP-OES法的加标回收率分别在95.49%-100.74%和94.88%-102.99%之间,2种方法的RSD均小于4.19%,2种方法都具有较好的精密度和准确度,结果较为理想。测定结果显示,糌粑中4种微量元素含量依次为Fe〉Mn〉Zn〉Cu,且与人体健康密切相关的Fe、Mn、Zn元素的含量均相对较高。
Using HNO3-HClO4 wet digestion,we had measured four kinds of trace elements in Zanba by flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS) and inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-OES).Under the best working conditions of instrument, the recovery rate of FAAS method and ICP-OES method were between 95.49%-100.74% and 94.88%-102.99% ,RSD of two methods were less than 4.19%.Two methods had good precision and accuracy,the results were pretty good.The measured results showed that the average content of each element in Zanba was Fe〉 Mn〉Zn〉Cu.And Fe, Mn, Zn were more higher, which were closely related with human health.
