摘要
本文系统地总结了温州市珊溪水利枢纽水源地水源保护工作的具体实践和经验。珊溪水源保护结合库区实际，通过一系列工程措施和非工程措施，包括库区污染源治理、环保基础设施建设、组织管理、规划政策、资金筹措、转产转业、水事秩序等方面工作，使库区水质得到了提高，并稳定在地表水Ⅱ类，能够为同类型的大型水源地水源保护提供参考和借鉴。
The particular practice and exploration of source water protection in Wenzhou ShanxiKey Water Control drinking water source area have been systematically summarized in the paper. A series of engineering measures and non-engineering measures have been conducted in the reservoir area, including the treatment of pollution, the construction of environmental protection infrastructure, the management, funding, order maintenance. Through these efforts, the water quality was been improved and stalely classified as II （GB 3838-2002）. The successful experience will afford lessons for the protection of the same type of large drinking water source area.
