摘要
在水环境质量与污染源现状调查和评价的基础上,分析预测了珊溪水利枢纽污染源排放情况及污染特征。以《浙江省水功能区、水环境功能区划方案》中拟定的目标水质为要求,根据水体特征,分别选用适用的纳污能力计算模型,计算了90%,75%,50%保证率下珊溪水利枢纽主要污染物的纳污能力,提出了限制排放总量和削减量,为今后珊溪水利枢纽水资源保护管理提供依据。
Based on investigation and appraisal of water environment quality and pollution sources,the paper analyzes pollution emissions and characteristics of Shanxi Hydro-complex.According to water features,computation models are selected to calculate pollutant bearing capability of main pollutants at guarantee rate of 90%,75%,and 50% of the target water quality stipulated in Zhejiang Water Function Areas Water Environmental Function Zoning Plan.Total emission amount and reduction amount are proposed,providing reference to future protection of water resources and management in Shanxi Hydro-complex.
