摘要
合作学习是按照学习要求把学生编成团队,共同完成学习任务的互助性学习。它是一种学生乐于接受并积极参与的教学新模式,需要教师根据不同的教学内容和合作任务作适当地调整。针对合作学习中出现的问题教师要及时给出对策,如学生举手回答问题,教师要尽量做到公平,对于"问题"学生多加鼓励等。
Cooperative learning is a kind of co-adjutant learning. It is a kind of learning that divides the students into different groups according to the aims of learning in order to finish the learning task. Cooperative learning is a new teaching model that the students likes very much and join in it actively. Teachers need to adjust properly based on different teaching contents and cooperative tasks. Teachers also need to give countermeasures to the problems that come up in cooperative learning. For example, when the students put up their hands to answer questions, the teacher should try to be fair and encourage the students with more shortcomings more.
