摘要
构建文艺表演团体竞争力评估体系、推进演艺市场主体评估有助于演艺业创新发展。考察文艺表演团体行业发展规律和实际,因子分析法比较适于竞争力评估体系构建。通过对浙江文艺表演团体竞争力发展实证研究,构建了包括资产规模力、经营收益力、推广传播力、创新发展力4项二级指标以及17项三级指标的评估体系。研究证明,利用上述体系可以清晰评估文艺表演团体竞争力优势和不足。针对文艺表演团体竞争力发展实际,国有文艺表演团体需要发挥引领作用并提升经营收益力、传播推广力,民营文艺表演团体需要提高资产规模力、创新发展力,推动文艺表演团体行业转型升级。
Constructing the competitiveness evaluation system of literature and art performance groups and promoting the evaluation of the performing arts market is helpful to the innovation and development of the performing arts industry. To investigate the development of literature and art performance groups and the actual situation,the factor analysis method is more suitable for the construction of the competitiveness evaluation system. Through the empirical research on the development of the competitiveness of Zhejiang art performing troupes,the evaluation system is constructed including four second level indicators,namely asset scale,business income,the promotion of communication ability and innovative development and 17 three level indicators. The study proves that the above system can be used to evaluate the competitive advantage and shortage of the artistic performance groups. For the competitiveness of development practice of the performing arts groups,state-owned performing arts groups need to play a leading role and improve the business benefits force,force to promote communication,ahereas private performing arts groups need to improve asset size force and innovative development,so as to promote transformation and upgrading of performing arts troupes in the industry.
