摘要
教学实验室和科研实验室是当前高校主要的两类实验室,其功能及服务对象相对独立。然而在传统的管理模式下,两类实验室的资源共享受到限制,设备资源的利用率及服务效益较差。利用生态学仪器设备季节性与便携性的特点,在"基础生态学大实验"的建设及教学过程中,对生态学实验室资源的共享进行了初步实践,以期促进生态学实验室资源的教学科研共享。通过总结该实验课程的教学经验及其他学者在设备资源共享上的经验,在学校构建共享平台的环境条件下,科研人员、管理人员以及实验技术人员需要增强共享意识、相互协作,以充分提高实验室资源的服务能力,为人才培养、科学研究服务。
Laboratories in the university mainly include experimental teaching laboratory and research laboratory. The traditional management mode has limited the sharing of resources for the two labs as their functions and service objects were different,thus the resource utilization and service efficiency was suppressed. In order to promote the sharing of research ecology laboratory resource,we took full advantage of their seasonality and portability to explore the proper sharing mode. According to the sharing experience of us as well as other scholars,we proposed that researchers,managers and technicians in the labs need to enhance the shared sense of mutual cooperation,and strive to improve service capacity of laboratory resources for personnel training,scientific research under the platform constructed by the university.
