摘要 工业工程专业在教学过程中要涉及大量的实验、课程设计和实习环节,但在实际教学过程中,依然存在包括重视理论学习,轻视专业实践教学,以及实践教学各环节衔接不紧密等在内的现状。针对以上问题,首先选取实践教学的行为主体——"学生"为研究对象,对工业工程专业的实践教学进行了调查研究。接着,结合调研结果,分析存在的问题和不足,提出了构建生产管理综合实验室,模拟现代制造全过程的方案,从而使课堂理论教学、案例教学与实践教学能够有机结合。最后,通过对改善后的一整套生产流程的评估,完善并规范了工业工程实践环节。与此同时,论文在探索如何既强化工业工程基础理论、基本方法教学,又能突出培养学生进行规划、分析解决工业工程实际问题的能力。 There are numerous experiments,curriculum design and internship links in IE major. However,in the process of practical teaching,there still exist some problems to be solved in many aspects. The problems contain how to improve the role of practical teaching,or how to strength the ties within each teaching procedures more closely in practical teaching. This study makes an investigation for practical teaching of IE based on the perspective of student firstly. Secondly,aiming at the current problems,a scheme is proposed to build a comprehensive laboratory of production management that may simulate the whole process in modem manufacturing industry combined with theoretical teaching,case-based teaching and case-based teaching mutually. Finally,the whole procedures are optimized to a set of practical teaching courses with a more standard. This study also explores how to reinforce the basic theory of IE,basic teaching method,at the same time,how to train students' ability of planing and analyzing the practical problems in IE.
