摘要
医患双方权利与义务的错位对接是导致医患矛盾的直接原因,因此必须对两者的权利义务进行同等对应分析,不能忽略患者的责任和义务。为此,有必要着重从患者合法就医的角度进行审视,就患者合法就医的内涵、内容以及相应的医方支持系统进行较为深入的研究,构建和谐医患关系。
The direct cause of contradiction between doctors and patients was dislocation docking between the right and duty of doctors and patients. It is necessary to carry out the corresponding analysis of the rights and duty of the doctors and patients, and pay attention to the patient＇s responsibility and obligations. Therefore, it is necessary to examine the connotation and content of legal medical treatment and corresponding medical support system of hospital from the perspective of patient＇s legal medical treatment, thereby building a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients.
