摘要
本试验研究了秦川牛、安格斯牛和日本和牛不同阶段生长性能指标之间的差异以及育肥开始月龄和育肥开始季节对生长性能的影响。结果表明,6-24月龄安格斯牛牛和日本和牛体重及各项体尺指标极显著高于秦川牛(P〈0.01);育肥开始月龄与育肥效果关系密切,犊牛6月龄开始转入育肥牛舍其肥育末期体重及各项体尺指标极显著高于犊牛4月龄转入的牛(P〈0.01),显著高于犊牛5月龄转入的牛(P〈0.05)。品种与肉牛生长性能关系密切,安格斯牛、日本和牛生长速度快于秦川牛。
This experiment aims to explore the difference in growth performance indexes among Qinchuan cattle,Angus and Wagyu,and the impact of age as well as beginning seasons on their growth performance in fattening period.The results showed that 6-24months of Angus Cattle's and Wagyu's weight as well as various body measurement indexes were all significantly higher than those of Qinchuan cattle(P〈0.01).The beginning age of fattening was closely related with the fattening effect.The weight and various body measurement indexes of 6-month-age calf were all significant higher than those of 4-monthage(P〈0.01),higher than 5-month-age calf(P〈0.05).Breeds were closely related with cattle's growth performance.The growth rate of specialized cattle breeds Angus and wagyu were faster than that of Qinchuan cattle.
