摘要
为研究如何有效、快速、资源及无害化处理叶菜类蔬菜废弃物,通过加入未发酵干鸡粪、醋渣或二混合物于叶菜类蔬菜废弃物中,进行资源化堆肥效果的试验研究。结果表明,不加入辅料,叶菜类蔬菜废弃物完全不能发酵。加入醋渣基本不能促进蔬菜废弃物进行发酵,最高温度只有19℃。而加入未发酵干鸡粪于蔬菜废弃物中进行发酵。发酵效果非常好,最高发酵温度69℃,50℃以上高温持续时间最长达5 d,木质素、纤维素和水分含量发酵后期比初期减少很多,最大变化分别减少56.4%,50.5%和45%;无机养分高,最高达7.08%,但有机质相对较低,经高温堆肥处理后蔬菜废弃物资源化成品是无害的;另外,加入未发酵干鸡粪与醋渣混合物于不同比例芹菜1品种的对比试验中,芹菜质量分数在45%,55%时,发酵效果较好,而质量分数在60%,65%时,发酵效果明显较差。
To research how to effectively and quickly treat leafy vegetables waste, a composting experiments was conducted by adding dried-unleavened chicken manure and the vinegar residue or both mixture to leafy vegetable waste. The test results showed that leafy vegetables waste completely did not ferment without accessories, and vinegar residue could not promote fermentation of leafy vegetable waste, the highest temperature was only 19 ~C. Effect of composting was very good by adding dried-unleavened chicken manure to leafy vegetable waste, the highest temperature was 69 ~C, the high temperature phase more than 50 ~C was 5 days, and the content of lignin, cellulose and moisture in fermentation later were fewer than in fermentation early, the biggest changes were 56.4%, 50.5% and 56.4%, respectively, and the inorganic nutrients was the highest, up to 7.08%, but the organic matter was relatively low. In addition, effect of fermentation was worse and worse with the increase of celery 1 quality percentage by adding dried-unleavened chicken manure and vinegar residue mixture to different proportions of celery 1 varieties, and fermentation effect was very good when celery quality content was 45%, 55%, and t^rmentation effect was not good when the content was 60%, 65%.
